Deleting your account

You can delete the account yourself: Settings → the Delete account block at the bottom of the page.

How to delete

  1. Click Delete account.
  2. Confirm with your current password.

What happens

  • Signing in becomes impossible — immediately and permanently.
  • All active sessions end, including ones open on other devices.
  • Access can't be restored on your own.

What does NOT happen

Deleting the account is not cancelling services. Rented servers, FastDL and dedicated IPs keep running until the end of the paid period. If you need to close services or get the remaining balance back, sort that out before deleting, through support.

The remaining balance isn't refunded automatically on deletion.

What to do beforehand

  1. Download data from the servers — configs, maps, plugins over SFTP. Once access is gone there's nobody to get them from.
  2. Close services or hand them over to another account through support.
  3. Settle the balance if there's money left on it.
  4. Save attachments from tickets — images in closed tickets are deleted automatically, see Attachments and how long they're kept.

Changed your mind?

Deletion can't be undone on your own. Contact support from the same email the account was tied to — each case is reviewed individually.

An alternative

If the goal is simply to stop paying, there's no need to delete the account: turn off auto-renewal and don't extend the services. The account stays, and you keep your history and data.
