Projects and team access
A project is a group of services with a shared list of members. Every rental is placed inside a project, so you always need at least one.
Why split into projects
Projects help when you have many services — say, Public servers in one and Tournaments in another. A project card shows right away how many services it holds and what they cost per month.

- Account balance.
- A project card: role, member count, number of services and monthly cost.
- The button for creating a new project.
Creating a project
In Dashboard click New project, enter a name and confirm. The project appears in the list — you can rent services inside it.
Access for other users
Open the project menu (the pencil icon on the card) and choose Grant access. Enter the user's email and click Grant access.
Requirements for the invitee:
- they must have a sourhost account with a confirmed email;
- the email must be the one they registered with;
- they must have an account in the game panel — created automatically when the email is confirmed, or on the first sign-in for older accounts.
If there's no such account you'll see "No user with that email" — ask them to sign up first. If the account exists but the game panel doesn't know it yet, you'll be asked to have them sign in to the site once.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Owns the project. Payments are charged to their balance, they manage members and can delete the project. |
| Slave | Member. Manages the project's services but isn't responsible for payment. |
Removing a member is done in the same place, in the People with access list — the bin icon next to the user.
Project access and game-server access are different things. A project member sees the services in the dashboard; to give someone rights inside a specific game server, use the Access tab in that server's control panel.
Deleting a project
In the project menu choose Delete. To confirm, type the project name in full — a guard against accidental deletion.
Deleting a project does not refund paid services.
