Site chat
The public pages of the site have a chat button in the bottom-right corner. Through it you can write to support without registering.
How to write
- Click the chat button.
- Enter your name and email — so we know who we're talking to and where to reply.
- Write the message and send.

- Name — how to address you.
- Email — it later links the ticket to your account.
- Message.
- Send.
From then on the conversation runs right in the chat window: support's reply arrives there too. The window can be collapsed — when a new reply comes, the button shows an unread mark.
Why the email is asked for
The email ties the conversation to you. If you later sign up or sign in with the same email, the chat ticket automatically appears in the Support section of the dashboard — with the whole history. Nothing needs retelling.
If the ticket was closed
When support closes the ticket, the chat shows a hint: the next message opens a new ticket. Just write — the conversation continues in a new ticket.
Chat vs. the Support section
| Site chat | Support section | |
|---|---|---|
| Account needed | No | Yes |
| Where it's available | On the site's public pages | In the dashboard |
| Department choice | No | Yes |
| Attachments | No | Yes, screenshots |
| Ticket history | Only the current conversation | All tickets |
If you have an account and a question about a specific service, it's better to write through the Support section: there you pick a department and attach screenshots.
No reply arriving
The reply appears in the chat window itself — check you haven't collapsed it. If the browser was closed and the email was entered correctly, open the site again and expand the chat: the conversation is kept.
