Promo codes
A promo code gives a percentage bonus on the top-up amount. Top up 500 ₴ with a 10% code — 550 ₴ lands on the balance.
How to apply
- Dashboard → Billing (or the top-up button).
- Enter the top-up amount.
- Enter the code in the promo code field.
- Confirm the top-up.
The promo code field is the fourth from the top, labelled "Promo code".
The bonus is credited together with the main amount once the payment is confirmed. The transaction history entry notes the promo code and the bonus size.
When a code won't work
If the code isn't accepted, it's one of these:
| Reason | What it means |
|---|---|
| Typo in the code | Case doesn't matter, but extra spaces and look-alike characters (0 and O) do |
| Expired | The code had an end date |
| Activation limit reached | The code was good for a limited number of uses |
| Code disabled | The promotion is over |
The message is generic, so you can't tell these apart. If you're sure the code should work, contact support.
Worth knowing
- A promo code applies at the moment of top-up. It can't be added to a payment that's already gone through.
- One code per top-up.
- The bonus is balance money and is spent like any other.
- No referral commission is paid on the bonus part — the partner percentage counts only the amount actually paid in. See How the partner programme works.
