Linking Telegram
A linked Telegram gives two things: renewal and charge notifications in direct messages, and the option to receive two-factor authentication codes there.
How to link
- Settings → the Profile tab → the Telegram block.
- Click Connect.
- Confirm the sign-in through Telegram in the window that opens.
After a successful link the block shows the "Connected" status.
If you're asked to press Start
Telegram doesn't let a bot write first until you've started a conversation with it. If the bot doesn't know you yet, a hint appears and the bot link opens automatically.
- In the chat that opens press Start.
- The bot replies that you can now link the account on the site.
- Go back to the site and link again.
Possible messages
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| "This Telegram is already linked to another account" | One Telegram — one account. Unlink it in the other account or use a different Telegram. |
| "Could not link Telegram" | Try again; if it keeps happening — contact support. |
| "Telegram linking is not available yet" | The feature is temporarily off on the service side. |
Enabling notifications
Linking by itself doesn't turn notifications on. Go to Settings → Notifications and enable the Telegram switch — it's disabled until you link. Emails can be kept on or turned off there too.

Unlinking
The Disconnect button in the same block.
If Telegram is your 2FA method, switch 2FA to another method first. Otherwise, after unlinking, the codes have nowhere to go.
