How to top up your balance

Your balance pays for server rentals, FastDL and dedicated IPs. Every service is charged from it.

Topping up from the panel

1. Click the balance in the top-right corner of the panel.
2. Enter the amount — by hand or with a preset button. One payment can be 20 to 100,000 UAH.
3. Pick the payment method — LiqPay (bank card).
4. Enter a promo code if you have one.
5. Press Top up — LiqPay's payment page opens.
6. Pay with your card. LiqPay then brings you back to the panel.

1. Amount — anything within the limits.
2. Preset amounts — one click fills the field.
3. Payment method — LiqPay; crypto is still marked "Coming soon".
4. Promo code — optional, adds a percentage bonus on top.
5. Top up — proceeds to payment.

A promo code applies only at the moment of top-up. It can't be added to a payment that's already credited. The bonus lands together with the main amount once the payment is confirmed. See Promo codes.

After you pay

Funds are credited when LiqPay confirms the payment to our server — usually within seconds. Back in the panel you'll see "Balance topped up" and the amount in the header updates.

If LiqPay hasn't confirmed the payment yet, the panel says the payment is being processed and the balance will update on its own. Nothing to do: the credit happens without you, even if you close the tab. If the amount hasn't shown up in 10–15 minutes, check the transaction history and, if there's no record, contact support with the date and amount.

If the payment failed (declined by the bank or cancelled), the panel says the top-up failed — nothing is charged to the card, and you can try again.
