How to order a service
Every service is paid from your internal balance and ordered in the client area. The server deploys automatically, usually in under a minute.
Step 1. Top up the balance
The charge is taken from the balance at the moment of ordering, so top it up first. Click the balance in the top-right corner of the panel, enter the amount and pay by card through LiqPay. Details — in How to top up your balance.

- Balance and the top-up button.
- A project card — click to open its services.
- Creating a new project.
You can assemble a configuration in advance on the "Game servers" page — the price is shown right there. The "Order" button carries the chosen game, location and plan into the panel: the rent form opens prefilled, and all that's left is to confirm. The charge itself always happens in the panel.
Step 2. Create a project
A project is a folder for your services. In Dashboard click New project and give it a name, e.g. Tournament servers.
If you already have a project — open it.
Step 3. Rent a service
Inside the project click Rent service. Pick a category on the left:
- Game server — a server for a game;
- FastDL — fast map and model downloads for players;
- Dedicated IP — an address of your own.

- Game — which game the server is for.
- Pricing mode — dedicated resources (a fixed plan), per-slot pricing or the builder. The difference is explained in Three ways to rent.
- Location and node — where the server physically lives. Prices and the plan list depend on the node.
- Plan — a specific configuration and its price.
- Rent — charges the balance and starts deployment.
Below is the optional Add a dedicated IP checkbox with the price for this node. On nodes without a shared address it's forced on: a server there can't exist without its own IP — see How to order and reuse an IP.
The total to be charged is always shown at the bottom of the dialog.
Step 4. Wait for deployment
A row with the status Provisioning appears in the service list. Once it turns into Active, the server is ready.
The connection address is in the same table:
connect 185.12.34.56:18432
On a shared IP the port is drawn at random from 16000–20000; the standard 27015 goes to servers with a dedicated IP.
Step 5. Open the control panel
In the service menu (Manage) choose Control panel. From there you get the console, start and stop, launch variables, scheduled tasks and access for other players.
The service menu
The same Manage menu also has:
- Rename — the service's name in the panel; it doesn't affect the server itself;
- Extend — pay for the next month, see Extending services;
- Delete — close the service; type its name to confirm. The server is deleted with its files, and money for the remaining paid period isn't refunded. A dedicated IP attached to a server can't be deleted while the server exists — delete the server first.
If the server hasn't deployed after 5 minutes, contact us through the Support section. If something went wrong on our side during the order, the money is returned to your balance automatically.
