Sign-up and sign-in

You need an account to rent services: orders are placed in the client area, not on the public site.

Sign-up

Click Sign up in the site header. The form has three steps.

Sign-up form

  1. Email — the confirmation code is sent there.
  2. Password — at least 8 characters.
  3. Next — moves on to repeating the password, then to entering the code from the email.

Once the code is confirmed the account exists — all that's left is to sign in.

No email? Check the spam folder. The sender address is on the sourhost.net domain.

A code is valid for 15 minutes and allows 5 attempts — after the fifth miss it's dead, request a new one. A new code cancels the previous one.

Sign-in

On the Sign in page enter your email and password.

The site then asks for a two-factor authentication code. That's normal: every account has it on from the moment it's created, by email by default. Where the code arrives depends on the chosen method: email, Telegram or an authenticator app. Details — in Two-factor authentication.

The "Remember me" checkbox

It's on by default and keeps you signed in after the browser is closed. Untick it and the session lives only until the tab is closed — handy on someone else's computer.

Passwordless sign-in

If you've added a passkey, the sign-in page has a Sign in with a passkey button — sign in with a fingerprint, Face ID, Windows Hello or a hardware key. No password or code needed. How to set it up — in Passkeys: passwordless sign-in.

Forgot your password

The Forgot password? link on the sign-in page sends a code to your email, after which you can set a new password.
