How to create a ticket
Support tickets are created in the Support section of the dashboard.
How to create one
- Open Dashboard → Support.
- Click New ticket.
- Pick a department.
- Enter a subject — short and to the point.
- Describe the problem in detail, attach screenshots if useful.
- Send.

- Department — where the ticket goes.
- Subject — the problem in brief.
- Message — the detailed description.
- Attach photo — the current file limits are listed right here.
- Send.
The reply comes into the same ticket — the conversation continues in the ticket's chat.
Which department to pick
| Department | When |
|---|---|
| Technical support | The server won't start, console errors, plugin problems, FastDL, SFTP |
| Billing & payments | A top-up wasn't credited, questions about charges, a promo code didn't work |
| General questions | Everything else: what to choose, how a service works, cooperation |
| Service transfer | Moving a server from another host to us |
The right department speeds up the reply — the ticket goes straight to the right people.
What to write to get it solved faster
Describe the problem so it can be reproduced:
- Which service — the server name from the panel.
- What you did — step by step.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- When it started — the exact time if it's a one-off.
- The error text in full, not a retelling.
- A screenshot — see Attachments and how long they're kept.
Bad: "the server doesn't work". Good: "CS2 server 'Retake #1' has been crashing a minute after start since 14:20, the console shows
Segmentation fault, it began after installing plugin X".
